Reservations Policies

Your room can be reserved with Visa/Mastercard or personal check. You can check availability on line. However , you cannot choose specific room information. It is best if you call us:  toll free 866-582-5373 for availability or e-mail us at, Email Jeannie Babbitt.

We have a two night minimum stay on most weekends ( May 1st through October 31st) except for some holidays when a three night minimum is required.

Single night reservations are welcome during the week and during weekends when available.

So do not hesitate to call and ask.
Check-In begins at 4pm. Please! No early arrivals without prior arrangements.

Check-out is 11 a.m.

 

Our cancellation policy:

Should you find it necessary to cancel before arrival our policy is:
With less than 10 days notice a one-night charge will be billed unless room can be re-rented. With less than 48 hours notice a charge for your fully reserved stay will be billed unless the room can be re-rented.

Our house policies include:

No smoking inside the house and no pets.
We are members of the Local Chambers of Commerce.
